Martha's Gardens Date Farm was founded in 1990 by Nels T. Rogers and his wife Martha, in Yuma, Arizona. Started off with 300 Medjool date palms, which by today with over 8000 palms in over 130 acres of desert.
Martha's Gardens is a family run and operated business which is proud to mention that it grows, packs and sells its own product.
Producing the best Medjool dates is already a task, maintaining the highest standards and practices to deliver our customers only the best produce is our mission.
Only the best practices for the best product, organic procedures without any pesticides or chemicals what so ever through out the whole process which are from transplant a palm tree all the way to harvest our dates!
Medjool dates are healthy! They contain natural sugar, but they have a low/medium glycemic index score because they also contain a good amount of fiber, which slows the release of the carbohydrates and gives you sustained energy rather spiking your blood sugar crazy high.
